Rainbow Estate Sales staff will determine prices through experience and by consulting relevant online resources and professional contacts. We emphasize liquidation, but ensure that all items are priced appropriately based on condition, demand, and rarity.
Staging
Staging is the art of displaying sale items in an attractive manner. A well organized sale provides a more user-friendly experience for buyers. Rainbow can provide display cases for small highly valued items, such as jewelry, for security purposes.
Advertising
Advertising and promotion of the sale includes newspaper ads, website postings with photos, and Facebook. On the night before an estate sale, signs are strategically placed at high traffic areas to direct potential customers.
Before & During a Sale
Before a sale begins, a sign-up sheet is posted at the sale location, and from this numbers are handed out to determine the order of entrance. During the sale, our staff helps with questions, helps customers with bulky items, and assists with moving furniture and other heavy purchases. Rainbow Estate Sales is a full service company. Our goal is to liquidate the estate by selling as many household items as possible to produce highest proceeds for the family. Our specialty is completely emptying out the home.
